When I got there I hopped on one of the cross ramps (cross trainer?) and worked my butt off for an hour. It was one of those workouts that every time I wanted to quit and just be done for the night I got my second and third and fourth wind. When I stepped off I felt so accomplished and happy :) And that feeling will be one that I remember on a day that I want to skip a workout.
This is the workout I did tonite:
Time (Minutes) | Ramp | Resistance |
0-5 (Warm Up) | 4 | 1 |
5-10 | 6 | 5 |
10-15 | Reverse! 12 | 4 |
15-20 | 12 | 4 |
20-25 | 8 | 7 |
25-30 | Reverse! 14 | 5 |
30-35 | 14 | 6 |
35-40 | 9 | 8 |
40-45 | 6 | 9 |
45-50 | 7 | 7 |
50-55 | Reverse! 13 | 4 |
55-60 (Cool Down) | 6 | 4 |
I am off to go clean, read and sleep :)
